Our Staff

Our division is managed by a team of exceptional individuals whose number one goal is to protect and increase association members property values through diligent and professional management services. Our team possesses the necessary organizational and detail management skills necessary to operate a successful association. Our people skills and customer service are also a high priority.

All our staff members are properly licensed CAM's (Community Association Managers), as required by the State of Florida. Many hold additional licenses or designations. Our staff is always up-to-date on the latest laws that would affect your association.

President:
Garry Griffin, CAM®, CMCA, AMS Broker   Email Garry

Garry Griffin joined the firm in 1989. During his tenure, he has served as a Real Estate Broker, Marketing Director, and Sales Trainer. He presently serves as President of the Property Management Division and oversees the operations of the company’s Residential, Commercial and Community Association Division. He is also the Broker / Manager for the Ocala Branch office. Garry holds a Broker’s and Community Association Manager’s license. He is  a member of CAI, Community Association Institute and earned his Certified Manager of Community Associations and Association Management Specialist designations and also a member of IREM, Institute of Real Estate Management where he is currently pursuing his CPM, Certified Property Manager designation. His many years in the industry with Bosshardt bring a level of experience and knowledge to all our clients and customers.

I have been with Bosshardt for over 11 years. During my time, I have worked in several areas within the company. Bosshardt has given me the training and knowledge I need to help in my career. In 2007, I achieved my AA degree in accounting as well as my Community Association Management License. Being a part of the Bosshardt family, I’ve had the opportunity to grow and branch out into different fields knowing I am part of a team. Bosshardt has become my family over the years and a huge part of who I am today. As a Community Association Manager, I really enjoy working with Condominiums and the students here in Gainesville, as well as Homeowners Associations and commercial properties. Since becoming a Community Association Manager, I have found life to be challenging, adventuress and rewarding. My plans are to stay with Bosshardt for many more years and continue growing as an individual, employee, and liaison to the company.

Community Association Manager:

Cynthia comes to us via New England, Illinois and the Florida Suncoast bringing over 20 years of property management, customer service management, and training experience in several diversified fields. She is a licensed Community Association Manager CAM) with the additional education and designations of Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and Association Management Specialist (AMS). Professionalism, dedication and strong communication skills are just some of the qualities she brings to our Bosshardt Property Management office in Venice.


Community Association Manager:

Community association management is similar to the “old time juggler” on the Ed Sullivan show who tries to keep all the plates spinning at the same time without dropping one.  I have met and worked with many interesting people and challenging situations as a CAM over the past 10 years.  This job includes solving problems and issues many times by thinking outside the box.  Our job is to maintain the association’s common elements, enforce deed restrictions, collect maintenance fees, interface with owners, tenants, and working at the direction of a Board of Directors, all the while abiding by the Florida State Statutes and governing documents of each association.

Accounting/Bookkeeping:

I started working for Bosshardt in November of 2005. Bringing with me many years of experience as a self-employed bookkeeper/tax preparer did not prepare me for all the quirks of community association management accounting. In fact, I learn something new almost every day. I enjoy the unpredictability and being a problem solver. On a personal note, I have varied interests to occupy my time away from work including camping, reading, writing, gardening and playing board games. Always the optimist I look forward to many more years of being a Bosshardt employee.

Executive Assistant and Office Manager:

Liz joined the Bosshardt family in 2011 after moving from Kissimmee to Ocala. She brings 13 years' experience as an administrative assistant, working in accounts receivables and payables and has excellent customer service skills.
