Bosshardt Property Management Inc. understands the need for builders and developers to be involved with a management company from the early stages of a development. BPMI will assist the builders and developers in preparing documents and restrictions, establishing state filing requirements, preparing budgets, opening banks accounts, provide proper bookkeeping and accounting, bill and collect assessments once units are sold and closed.

It is important have the Association up and running from the date of the first closing to avoid misunderstandings between the developer and the unit owners. Since the developer generally is both the Board of Directors and the builder, it is sometimes difficult to understand the roles of each. BPMI, will see to it that all protocols are met during the development stages.
